This is a new with tags synergy by weaver flex contour western pad made froma wool blend felt material. From the manufacturer:

• Shock-absorbing, ventilated EVA Sport Foam inserts are compression resistant, will not degrade over time, and have proven orthopedic value
• Your choice of two liner options: A high-performing natural wool blend felt that wicks away sweat to evenly cool your horse, or a 100% merino wool fleece liner perfect for horses with sensitive skin
