Consignment Policies
We try to make consignment as easy as possible for our consignors. We charge a reasonable 25% consignment fee if the item sells. If you have over 50 items, please call ahead for an appointment so we do not overlap large loads. Smaller loads can be dropped off during any normal business hours.
Items must be clean and in good repair. Dirty, moldy, or hairy items will NOT be accepted. Please do not bring moldy or dirty tack. Horse blankets and saddle pads need to be clean enough to not get the one next to it dirty. See our consignment policies further down for more information on acceptable consignments.
All items will be priced with the consignor. The consignor will receive a list of items left on consignment with the agreed upon prices.
Consigned Saddles Must be:
- Clean and ready for photos
- Valued by NW Tack staff to be over $250
- Have a stamp with a maker or brand name
- Be in good repair with no damaged pieces, missing fleece, etc.
- As clean as reasonably possible
- Free of smells, mud, excessive hair, or manure
- Clean enough to not get other items next to it dirty
- If you wouldn't put it in the front seat of your car on the way here, we probably would not accept it
