Appointments: consignors with over 20 items will need to schedule an appointment if you wish to price items with us. We usually have same or next day availability. If you want NW Tack staff to price your items, you can do a "drop and run", and receive a emailed list of inventory when they are finished. No appoinment needed for drop and run consignments. However, if you have a large load (50+ items), we do appreciate a heads up. For our drop-and-runs, you will hand the items to a staff member, give your name and fill out paperwork if needed, and then head off to shop or leave. It will be bagged up to go through later and catalog.

Rates:
- Saddles: 25% Fee
- General Tack (bridles, bits, reins, blankets, etc): 35% Fee
- Human Apparel & Footwear: 45%
- Saddles: 25%
- Our store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Saddles are the only items eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please visit our page regarding saddle trial policies.
- We do not allow horses to be hauled to the store for saddle fittings.
- Online Saddle orders with store pickup as the shipping method must be picked up in a prompt manner. Saddles must be picked up within 3 business days, or the buyer will be automatically refunded less a 5% restocking fee. Being that our saddles are consigned, having them unavailable for other buyers for any longer is not fair to our consignors.
- Online orders for non saddle items with store pickup as the shipping method must be picked up in a prompt manner. The item must be picked up within 3 business days, or the buyer will be automatically refunded less a 5% restocking fee. Non-saddle items are not refundable or returnable.
- The reason we do not allow returns for non saddle items, is that we do not own most of the tack in our store. Almost all of it is brought to us by over 4300 consignors. When we sell a non saddle item, we pay the consignor right away. Due to this, we can not offer a refund on an item that has already been paid out.
- We operate a very busy retail store. We see at least 50 customers and consignors per day. Sometimes up to 200 on a busy weekend day. Due to this high volume of sales, sometimes an item will sell in person at the same time it is purchased on the website. In this rare instance, we will either offer the online buyer a refund, or help them find a comparable item in our store.
- We have over 2500 square feet of used tack. We only list about items over $50, due to the employee cost of photographing and listing. We have rooms full of apparel, boots, stable equipment, saddle pads, and more.
