FAQ

  • Saddles are the only items eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please visit our page regarding saddle trial policies. 
  • Online Saddle orders with store pickup as the shipping method must be picked up in a prompt manner. Saddles must be picked up within 3 business days, or the buyer will be automatically refunded less a 5% restocking fee. Being that our saddles are consigned, having them unavailable for other buyers for any longer is not fair to our consignors. 
  • Online orders for non saddle items with store pickup as the shipping method must be picked up in a prompt manner. The item must be picked up within 3 business days, or the buyer will be automatically refunded less a 5% restocking fee.  Non-saddle items are not refundable or returnable. 
  • The reason we do not allow returns for non saddle items, is that we do not own most of the tack in our store. Almost all of it is brought to us by over 2500 consignors. When we sell a non saddle item, we pay the consignor right away. Due to this, we can not offer a refund on an item that has already been paid out. 
  • We operate a very busy retail store. We see at least 50 customers and consignors pers day. Sometimes up to 200 on a busy weekend day. Due to this high volume of sales, sometimes an item will sell in person at the same time it is purchased on the website. In this rare instance, we will either offer the online buyer a refund, or help them find a comparable item in our store. 
  • We have over 2500 square feet of used tack. We only list about 5% of our inventory. We have rooms full of apparel, boots, stable equipment, saddle pads, and more. Call in to the store to find out what is in stock.
