These are new without tags halter ego luxury rubber grip lined flat leather reins that have hand stops. From the manufacturer: 

The perfect choice for a clean look with extra grip! Soft leather reins with thin rubber lining and keepers create an easy-hold surface. 5/8" wide. Flat leather finishings and stainless steel buckle or hook and stud.

Care:  In general, less is more and we recommend using high quality, microfiber cloths that are very slightly damp to wipe bridles and reins down after each ride so that the dirt doesn't build up.  We also recommend using leather products that don't contain alcohol or other harsh ingredients that can strip moisture and to use the highest quality cream base conditioners. Do not use oil or oil based leather products as oil can dissolve or weaken rubber.
