This is a used and still in great condition western breast collar that features engraves silver plates and hardware along with ferrules that have rawhide accents. This breast collar could just use a quick touch up as it is a little dirty but it is overall in great condition. There is no makers stamp but this breast collar is made of a high quality leather.
