Manufacturer Description: 

Our number one bar is designed for a horse that has a moderately sprung rib cage that is fairly straight from the base of the whither back. It would be our equivalent to what the industry calls a Quarter horse bar. Roughout: Most commonly used when extreme maneuvers are being used with the job needing greater grip. However, roughout leather will smooth out over time and it will be necessary to sand the roughout with sand paper.
